How do I sign up?

1. To sign up, click on the "Sign Up" link just under the "Log In" button on the home page. You can also go to

2. Once on the sign up page, enter your name and password. Please ensure that your password meets our security requirements- it must have at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character (!@#$%^&*()).

3. Before clicking the "Sign Up" button, select the appropriate user type for your purposes:

  • Select "Reviewer" if you are a reviewer and would like to be considered for upcoming projects.
  • Select "Law Firm" if you are member of a law firm or in-house counsel who would like to staff reviewers or use for other services.
  • Select "Agency" if you are member of a staffing agency or managed review company who would like to staff reviewers or use for other services.
  • Select "Recruiter" if you are recruiter who would like to place reviewers in permanent positions. Do not select this option if you are a recruiter for a staffing agency or managed review company.

4. Click on the "Sign Up" button after entering in your credentials. You will be sent a confirmation email with a link. Please click this link to finish the sign up process as otherwise you will be unable to access your account.

5. Log on to your account and complete the requested information after you have confirmed your email address.

If you have selected the incorrect user type when signing up, you can change your user type upon first logging in by clicking the "Change User Type" link in the top right corner of the "Contact Information" or "My Information" box. After changing to the correct user type, you will be able to proceed with creating your profile. You will not see this link if you have completed the "Contact Information" or "My Information" page. If so, please contact us and we will promptly change your user type. We may also change your user type independently if we believe you selected the incorrect one. We will contact you by email to inform you if we have done so; please let us know if this change is in error.

If you have not received a confirmation email from, please check your inbox and spam folder. You will receive reminders periodically if you have not confirmed your email address. Please add the domain and senders to your email provider's "Safe Senders"/"Trusted Senders" list to ensure you receive important emails from us.

If you do not receive any emails from us and your inbox and spam folders are empty, please be sure to contact us using the "Contact Us/Report Issue" option at the bottom of this page.
