1. To sign up, click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the home page. You can also go to docreviewers.com/users/sign_up.

2. Select the role that fits you the best and click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. Please be sure to read through the corresponding description to ensure you have selected the correct role.

3. Once on the sign up page, enter your email address and password. Please ensure that your password meets our security requirements - it must have at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character (!@#$%^&*()). Confirm your password by re-entering it under "Password Confirmation."

4. Click on the "Get Started" button after entering in your credentials. You then will be sent a confirmation email with a link. Please click this link to confirm your email address and finish the sign up process. Otherwise you will be unable to access your account.

5. Log in to your account and complete the requested information after you have confirmed your email address.

If you have selected the incorrect role when signing up, you can change your role upon first logging in by clicking the "Change User Type" link in the top right corner of the "Contact Information" or "My Information" box. After changing to the correct role, you will be able to proceed with creating your profile. You will not see this link if you have completed the "Contact Information" or "My Information" page. If so, please contact us and we will promptly change your role. We may also change your role independently if we believe you selected the incorrect one. We will contact you by email to inform you if we have done so; please let us know if this change is in error.

If you have not received a confirmation email from noreply@docreviewers.com, please check your inbox and spam folder. You will receive reminders periodically if you have not confirmed your email address. Please add the DocReviewers.com domain and senders to your email provider's "Safe Senders"/"Trusted Senders" list to ensure you receive important emails from us.

If you do not receive any emails from us and your inbox and spam folders are empty, please be sure to contact us using the "Contact Us" option in the menu at the top of this page.
