Reviewers have the opportunity to have their voice heard through DocReviewers.com. With their help, we collect, aggregate, and publish information about various managed review providers and agencies, ranging from their average hourly rates to how reviewers rate their experience working with these organizations. This information is available to help reviewers and clients better understand what to expect if they accept a project invitation from one of these providers or agencies. This information will also hopefully allow these organizations to better understand what works and how to improve.

To view these ratings, click on the “I’m a Reviewer” option on the penultimate section of the home page then click on the “Ratings” option on the top navigation bar. You’ll be directed to the “Ratings” page, where you’ll be able to search for ratings by location or organization name. Simply type in the name or location for which you would like to see ratings and click the relevant option on the menu that appears below the text field.

If you search by an organization’s name, you will be directed to a page containing aggregated information about this organization across all of its locations. This information is as follows:

Average Pay Rate

The hourly rate offered by this organization, averaged across all reporting reviewers and locations. This amount is how much this organization pays reviewers on average across all locations.

Average Rating

The rating reviewers provided for this organization, averaged across all reporting reviewers and locations. This amount is how much reviewers enjoyed their experience working with this organization on average across all locations. One star is the lowest rating, indicating a poor experience, and five stars is the highest, indicating a great experience.
