How do I view and vote for reviewers to be on a project using the link I received?

If your colleague has shared reviewers’ resumes with you through DocReviewers.com, you will receive an email containing a link. Clicking this link will open a page containing the shared resumes for you to view and vote on. If the link is expired or has been revoked, you will see a notification stating “The link is incorrect or has expired.”

Viewing Shared Resumes

Once you have clicked on the link and the page is active, you will be directed to a page titled “Resumes.” You may view the profiles of any reviewers shared with you as well as vote on them. To view a reviewer’s profile, click on the row containing their name. A popup will appear containing their details, potential conflicts of interest, comments made about this reviewer, as well as a PDF of their resume. Navigate through these sections by clicking the tabs at the top of the popup. Use the arrows in the top left and top right of the popup to navigate between reviewers' profiles.

Voting

After viewing the reviewer’s entire profile, you may vote on whether to add this reviewer to the project team. To vote to add the reviewer to the project team, click the green checkmark button at the bottom of the popup or in the reviewer’s row on the main page. To vote to not add the reviewer to the project team, click the red X button at the bottom of the popup or in the reviewer’s row on the main page. The voting button you have not selected will be grayed out after you have made a selection, but you may still click this button in case you change your mind.

You may see how others who have viewed these resumes have voted by clicking the paper icon in the bottom left corner of the popup or next to the green checkmark button on the main page. This icon is color coded as follows:

Gray – no votes have been received for this reviewer

Green – only “Yes” votes have been received for this reviewer

Red – only “No” votes have been received for this reviewer

Yellow – both “Yes” and “No” votes have been received for this reviewer

Resume Access, Expiration, & Renewal

Access to shared resumes automatically expires after 48 hours and may be renewed for only one more 48 hour period. The exact time and date the sharing period expires appears in the email containing the sharing link.

If the sharing period has expired, ask the individual who shared these resumes to renew your access to them. You will receive an email with a new link at the start the final sharing period. The exact time and date the sharing period expires appears in the email containing the sharing link.

Revoked Access

If the individual who shared the resumes has revoked your access, you will see a notification stating “The link is incorrect or has expired” after you click the link or refresh the page. If you believe that this revocation is in error, ask the individual who shared these resumes to renew your access to them.
